Refund Policy

First United Methodist Church Garland may collect tithes, offerings, other financial gifts, ticket fees, event registration fees and fees for associated event supplies through firstmethodistgarland.org or fumcgarland.org. 


The Learning Academy may collect tuition, supply fees and donations through firstmethodistgarland.org, fumcgarland.org or learningacademygarland.com. 


All refund requests must be submitted in writing to the church office via e-mail (office@fumcgarland.org) or regular mail (Business Manager, First United Methodist Garland, 801 West Avenue B, Garland, TX 75040). 


Refund decisions are based on several factors, possibly including but not limited to:


Did First United Methodist Church Garland incur expense that it is unable to reclaim? 

Was the event, ticket or other fee noted as non-refundable? 


Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis, taking into account all information and making every effort to be fair to all parties involved.
